Spring 2025 Student Organization Recognition Cycle Begins

Student groups seeking to become recognized student organizations must submit an Application for Recognition.

Spring 2025 Student Organization Re-Registration Begins

The current core executive officers, both president and treasurer, of each recognized student organization will need to collaborate to complete the re-registration process on behalf of the student organization annually in order for the student organization to remain recognized.

Help Hours

Student organization officers or members in need of one-on-one guidance, advising, and/or support are encouraged to schedule an appointment with a SOLE Office staff member during our weekly Help Hours.

General Help Hours

Ana Lucena Navarro, Assistant Director of Student Organizations & Programming, hosts weekly Help Hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00am-11:00am in the W20 4th Floor Lounge.
